1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and six177 ("six177", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the website at six177.co and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein, including but not limited to cricket betting, PSL wagering, live dealer casino games, online slots, fishing games, and any future services introduced by six177.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the six177 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of six177, including players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and all other locations from which the platform is accessed. Use of six177 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is solely at the user's own risk and discretion.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use six177, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) in a jurisdiction where such status creates a conflict with our compliance obligations;

• You are opening an account in your own name and for your own personal use only.

six177 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended pending completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. six177 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors; any account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the six177 platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep such information updated throughout the life of your account. six177 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from the provision of incorrect registration details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify six177 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. six177 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

six177 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

six177 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. All transactions on the six177 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated for USDT transactions.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your six177 account balance instantly under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard inter-bank clearing times. six177 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Withdrawals to Pakistani bank accounts are processed within one to three business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within one hour under normal conditions. six177 reserves the right to extend processing times for fraud-prevention review.

4.4 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit on six177 is Rs 300. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of submitting a withdrawal request. six177 may impose maximum transaction limits on specific payment methods in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General

All bets placed on six177 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type as published on the platform at the time of bet placement. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence.

5.2 Void Bets

six177 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds, where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where match or event abandonment renders settlement impossible, or where six177 has reasonable grounds to suspect betting irregularity or match manipulation. Voided bets will have their stake returned to the account balance.

5.3 Live Betting

In-play and live betting markets at six177 are subject to suspension and reopening at the platform's discretion during the course of a match or event. Bets accepted during a suspension period will be voided. PSL live markets are particularly active and may be suspended momentarily during wickets, overs, or broadcast delays.

5.4 Casino Games

All casino games on six177, including live dealer games and virtual table games, use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or employ real-time human dealer operations. • Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or event;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or malfunctions for financial gain;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from unlawful activity (money laundering);
• Providing false identification or impersonating another person;
• Accessing six177 from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited by local law whilst misrepresenting your location;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting where expressly prohibited by applicable game rules.

Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on deposits. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

six177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent or dishonest conduct is suspected; responsible gaming concerns arise that have not been satisfactorily addressed; or applicable law or regulatory requirements mandate such action. Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the user, any positive balance will be returned to the user via their most recently used payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming laws and the laws of the jurisdiction under which six177 operates its licence.
